These are not the terms of service
There are no terms of service here yet. This page exists so the route works, and so that nobody mistakes a draft for the real thing.
What was here before belonged to the template this site was built from. It set out availability targets for telemetry ingest, workspace tokens and console sessions, and pointed at a status page on a domain we do not own. None of it described this product, and none of it would have bound anyone.
What will be here
The real terms are written in phase 20-03. They will cover what the service does, what each plan includes, how billing works once it exists, what happens to your data when you leave, and which law governs the agreement.
